Ir. Mark van Wees (physics and environmental management) is Managing Consultant at CAP SD B.V.
Mark has more than 18 years of experience in energy and environment research and consultancy.
His main expertise is in climate policy, Kyoto Protocol implementation, energy policy studies and the implementation of energy saving and renewable energy policy. He cooperates with organisations in the housing sector to promote sustainable housing management and urban regeneration.
Mark has worked in the Netherlands, the European Union and in many countries in Eastern Europe and developing countries. His clients include the Dutch government, European Commission, Worldbank, UNDP and EBRD.
Mark is a member of VVM (Vereniging van Milieuprofessionals).

Annette Klein (information and knowledge management) is researcher and webmaster at CAP SD B.V.
Annette has more than 13 years in business research. Her main expertise lies in the strategic application of information management, information architecture and in knowledge management. At CAP SD, she is involved in research projects regarding energy and climate change.
