Mark van Wees of CAP SD was project manager of this Dutch-Romania cooperation. The objective was to introduce Dutch experience in integrated urban planning to Romania. Dutch partners included Woonbron and Housing+. The project was supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Matra program.
