Development of a social housing sector in Bulgaria and Romania (2008-2011)

After the full scale privatization of the housing sector in the 90ies, many countries in Central and Eastern Europe now lack an affordable social rental sector. Many Dutch organizations in the housing sector provide support and technical assistance in setting up social housing organizations in these countries. CAP SD has developed proposal, manages projects in cooperation with Housing+, Woonbron and DIGH, as well as many local partners.
