The European Commission intends to finance a regional technical assistance project for the six partner countries under the European Neighbourhood Partnership (Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine) in combination with Russia. Mark van Wees was part of the team to identify the needs and priorities and to advise on the project implementation modalities.
