Romania needs to further strengthen its capacity to develop long-term greenhouse gas emission scenario. These provide policy makers with the essential basis for climate change policy, international commitment and the priorities for GHG mitigation. CAP SD in a commission for Ecofys and Agentschap NL has trained the National Environmental Protection Agency on new model and tools for GHG scenario analysis.
