The Dutch International Guarantees in Housing (DIGH) provides financing to renovation projects and new construction in Central and Eastern Europe. This always leads to substantial energy efficiency improvements and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Introducing energy efficient lighting has a huge potential in many developing countries but these technologies often still face financial barriers. As contractor to Ecofys, CAP SD has supported the identification and development of CDM projects for Philips Lighting.
