CAP SD analyses and advises on policy in the field of energy efficiency in buildings, social housing, and urban regeneration.

CAP SD supports homeowners and housing associations in Central and Eastern Europe in improving the short and long term management of their building stock and supports in urban regeneration. CAP SD initiates and manages technical assistance projects in the housing sector with partners from the Netherlands and with beneficiaries in Central and Eastern Europe.

We are an associate of Housing+ and cooperate with various Dutch social housing organisations.

Experience

CAP SD has been involved in energy efficiency projects in housing in the Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria and Romania. In Armenia, Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria, support was given in establishing social housing. In Romania, a project on urban regeneration was implemened under the Matra programme.

Clients

CAP SD has been involved in several Matra projects for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in partnership with Dutch organisations in the housing sector. Further clients include the European Commission, EBRD, UNDP, Tebodin and ECN.
