CAP SD analyses and advises on policy in the field of energy efficiency in buildings, social housing, and urban regeneration. CAP SD supports homeowners and housing associations in Central and Eastern Europe in improving the short and long term management of their building stock and facilitates urban regeneration.
We cooperate with various Dutch social housing organizations and with DIGH (Dutch International Guarantees in Housing).
Experience
CAP SD has been involved in energy efficiency projects in housing in the Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria and Romania. The approximation of national energy efficiency legislation to the EU acquis was addressed for several countries.
In Armenia, Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria CAP SD supported in establishing social housing organizations. In Romania, a project on urban regeneration was implemented under the Matra programme.
Clients and Regions
CAP SD has been involved in several Matra projects for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in partnership with Dutch organizations in the housing sector.
